My First Time Eating a Chick-fil-a Sandwich

I’ve eaten at Chick-fil-a many, many times. However, I’ve never had their famous chicken sandwich. I usually get the chicken nuggets. Well, I finally got the sandwich, and the experience really surprised me.

I used the Chick-fil-a mobile app to order my sandwich as I was driven to the restaurant. When we arrived at the drive-thru lane, all I had to do was mention my name. It was that easy! The person taking orders was extremely nice and kindly asked if I had any sauce requests. I didn’t and I was told to move forward, and my order would be ready.

The first thing I did when I was handed the bag of food was grab a waffle French fry. It had a slightly crispy outside and a warm inside. It was salted to perfection. I then dutifully passed out French fries to the other passengers of the car.

It was finally time for me to try the famous chicken sandwich. The first thing I noticed was the lightness and roll-like bread I was holding. I took my first bite and there was a perfect crunch and a subtle hint of pickle. The chicken had a great flavor. I quickly devoured it and washed it down with a grape Prime.

The whole experience from the easy way of ordering the food to the deliciousness of the meal was a delight. In the future, I see myself ordering the sandwich more often than the nuggets. I’m very glad I gave the sandwich a try.
